this is a copy ion the classic bracket foot English tea caddy dating to around 1780, the lid with solid brass cast handle opens to reveal 2 compartments one for black tea the other for green tea, both with removable inner lids that reveal actual tea, the interior of the lid has been papered with marbled pair as per the originals,

a total of 55 individual piecs are used to make this tiny little tea caddy,

scale 1/12th or 1 inch

made from brass and Fruit-wood, stained, colour blended sealed and hand french polished in the traditional manor like all my work.
