a fine example of a French commode the top set with a piece of fossilized Mammoth tooth, this is rare and I can only make when I can get my hands on a piece of fossilized Mammoth tooth large enough to fit, the commode has 3 long drawers with moldings to the edges the carcass is veneered at a 45 degree book matched angle for the drawer fronts and sides, and stands on low tapered legs, the drawers have solid cast pull handle and the top drawer is finished with a very fine tassel,

scale 1/12th or 1 inch made from brass and Fruit-wood, stained, colour blended sealed and hand french polished in the traditional manor like all my work.
